Terms of Sale

All items are guaranteed as described. Additional digital images are available upon request. Autograph material is unconditionally guaranteed, provided proof of purchase is available, and may be returned at any time if proven inauthentic. Please note that all items are subject to prior sale. That is, if you purchase an item through our website that has already sold elsewhere, the order may be canceled.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If your preferred payment method is not available at checkout, contact us and we will arrange the transaction.

Orders shipped to addresses in Connecticut are subject to applicable Connecticut sales tax. International customers may be responsible for import duties, VAT, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase unless otherwise noted at checkout. We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS, and are happy to accommodate a preferred carrier upon request. Free USPS Media Mail shipping is offered within the United States. All other domestic and international shipping options will be offered at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, brokerage or other fees levied by private couriers, or fees assessed by the destination state or country. If you do not see a shipping option that meets your needs, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange shipping for you.

Returns

Contact us to initiate a return. Items may be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in the same condition as originally sent. Refunds are issued after the original payment has posted. If a return is due to an error in description, we will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the buyer pays for return shipping, returned items lost in transit remain the buyer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

EU buyers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The buyer is responsible for all return-related costs, including shipping, insurance, customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and any fees incurred by both parties. Upon receipt of the item in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price and the original shipping charges.
