Initiate a Return

Items may be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in the same condition as originally sent. Refunds are issued after the original payment has posted.

If a return is due to an error in description, we will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the buyer pays for return shipping, returned items lost in transit remain the buyer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

EU buyers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The buyer is responsible for all return-related costs, including shipping, insurance, customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and any fees incurred by both parties. Upon receipt of the item in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price and the original shipping charges.
